1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SomewhatBot platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License & Restrictions

SomewhatBot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Share your account credentials or allow third-party access to your account.
• Use the Service to scrape or collect data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or payment mechanisms.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system.

• Credits: Credits are the currency for executing tools. They are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service.
• Refills: Free tier credits refill daily. Paid tier credits refill according to your subscription cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SomewhatBot and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SomewhatBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you generate using our tools. SomewhatBot reserves the right to terminate accounts that generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
